(rice flour, potato starch, flax seed flour), sugar, non-gmo modified tapioca starch, non-aluminium raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate), vegetable emulsifiers (polyglycerolesters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavour, iodised sea salt, cellulose gum, vegetable gum (xanthan).
Chocolate mud based mudcake ingredients;
Sugar, alkalised cocoa powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, thickeners (non GMO modified tapioca starch, xanthan gum), vegetable emulsifier, iodised salt, raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), natural chocolate flavour.
Stormie.D’s is pleased to offer a variety of gluten free options in our cupcakes, We are not a gluten-free Bakery and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimise that happening but there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. Our cupcakes are prepared in the same oven as our other cupcakes.
